THIS GOES OUT TO EVERYONE WHO HAVE PLANS OF STAYING IN MATUTINA PENSIONNE:

for your sake, do consider staying in another place if you want your money's worth. friends of mine were very unfortunate to have been forced to stay here.

the manager for starters, is NOT AT ALL hospitable. the service is NOT AT ALL satisfactory. the place DOES NOT even have that sense of comfort you want when you're away from home. (aside from the fact that its rumored to be terribly haunted; the use of utensils, and even towels is not for free..it's FOR RENT people, beat that! please tell me what we're supposed to be paying for? i terribly need a break-down.)

what kind of hotel (if you even call yourself a hotel or pension for that matter) changes towels and sheets after several days? do you even have a sanitary permit or sanitary procedures?

It's a shame because Palawan is supposed to be one of the country's premier tourist spots, to have this kind of pension house and that kind of manager/owner is definitely a pity.

Don't make the same mistake that my friends did. If you want to experience Palawan in the best way, possible NEVER stay here.

..and for those that maintain this website, please don't delete this. be fair. this is a testimonial. everyone has the right to know how crappy your service is. at least you have a website so AT LEAST everyone can remove you off their list of places to stay in palawan.

after all, we owe our tourists the best Palawan experience..and its definite that you won't be getting that if you stay in MATUTINA PENSIONNE.

To Ms csherylpoh.

My only question is, HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY?

If you pay for a PENSION TYPE ACCOMODATION, Then Dont Look for a HOTEL AMENITIES.... If you like convenience, You must be WILLING to PAY FOR THAT CONVENIENCE...
Very simple...
