LOTUS GARDEN PUERTO PRINCESA BIG RAT SCANDAL
-Beware of large aggressive rats in rooms, they ate our medicine packs, and ate through our bag, ran through our clothes EeeekkKKKK!!!!!!!!!!
-we complained and requested to change rooms cause we couldn’t sleep, this cut our sleeping time at 3AM, didn’t get a room change, and never got our money back
-Dirty smelly and humid rooms, creepy bathroom with cockroaches
-Unclean bed sheets and towels, presence of dead insects in bed and bathtub
-Mosquito infested due to badly maintained ponds and garden
-THE OWNER threw us out telling us to prove the presence of rats!!! Thankfully we took pictures of the eaten through items, imagine??? He told US to CATCH the rat for him just to prove it??!!!! Unprofessional! Tssk, tssk!! He couldn’t handle a complaint that could have otherwise been simply handled and solved.
-the security of the place is QUESTIONABLE! The night watch was a teenager 19 years of age, no manager no in-charge capable of making responsible decisions.
WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK, and neither SHOULD YOU!!!!

We went to Lutos Garden to eat because we read a lot of good comments about it. My husband and I choose the buffet but we were very much disappointed! The sushi? Blah! Terrible! It seems they wrap the rice in a nori and served! All other foods are no good. We just waste money of eating there. We never comeback.

But we found a newly opened vegetarian restaurant in San Manuel almost front of ka inato. That was delicious and healthy!
